So looking at the price list and the line for each apartment:
T3 means 2 bedrooms flat. In France the typology of apartment include the living room too so T4 will be a 3 bedrooms and T5-4 bedrooms.
When there is a C, it means cabine which are smaller bedroom with bunk beds, so a T2C is a 1 double bedroom apartment+1 cabine with bunk beds
Purchasing on the leaseback scheme you only pay the price of the property excluding VAT, so the price you need to look at is the total to finance which is composed of the price of the apartment excl VAT, price of parking excl VAT and furniture incl VAT. The VAT on furniture is refunded within 6 months after the signature of sale. We put as well the value inclusive VAT for you to see the amount of VAT saved.
