TM Real Estate Group was named Best Developer – United Kindgom & Europe 2013 by the prestigious London association AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals). The awards took place in a glamorous ceremony held in April at the Charing Cross Hotel in London.
This is the fourth consecutive year in which TM receives this recognition and it is certainly proved to be one of the toughest groups in which TM has entered since AIPP merged the catergories for Best Promoter Europe and Best Developer United Kindgom into one single award. Out of all the participants, it was the TM Real Estate Group company history which stood out, also its recent accomplishments and financial strengths and the company´s permanent commitment to its customer´s, all aspects which impressed the judges.
This year the jury was composed of prominent members of the industry such as: Christopher Hamer (Property Ombudsman – President); Peter Esders (Lawyer, Judge and AIPP Board Member); Shameem Golamy (International Sales Director, Rightmove Overseas); Liz Rowlinson (Editor, A Place in the Sun); Xavier Wiggins (Director, OPP Media); Ayse Ozcan (Executive Director, Acacia International) and Peter Robinson (Intelligent Partnership).
